Graham Castledine
Principal Lawyer
Graham Castledine is a highly regarded lawyer with extensive experience in Native Title, Aboriginal Heritage, Planning, and Environment law. Recognised as Native Title Lawyer of the Year for Perth in 2023 by Best Lawyers independent ratings agency, Graham is a respected figure in the legal community.
He is also a member of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Committee established under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 (WA). As an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation Scheme, Graham brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique approach to negotiation and dispute resolution. His expertise extends to planning and environment law, where he was rated Lawyer of the Year for Perth in 2022.
